Liberty Avenue sees a heavy police presence during Stockwell's campaign. Ethan is invited to fill in at the Harrisburg Symphony, but is told not to bring his boyfriend. Justin goes to surprise Ethan and gets his own surprise when he sees the fiddler go off, presumably to fiddle around with an admirer. Michael confronts Ben about the steroids, but gets nowhere. Ted and Emmett's move seems to be working out, until Ted is arrested for employing an underage worker at his website.
Robert Gant : I'm really glad they came up with the steroids story line. I think it was absolutely the right way to go on so many levels. The obsession with looks permeates all of gay culture, and all of society to be honest. In many people's case it's because they want to be perceived as strong or healthy whether they're battling HIV or not. That to end, it's has such broad reach. Personally, I think it will really hit home in the gay community where there's so much focus on trying to be beautiful and the beauty myth that runs rampant.
