Melanie and Lindsay choose Michael to be a "sperm donor" and later broaden the title to "father". Ben is spending more and more time at the gym. Brian's nephew accuses him of molestation, but Justin saves the day. Ted asks Emmett to move in, but is quickly overwhelmed by his new boyfriend and they split, until Ted suggests they get a brand new place of their own.



Michelle Clunie : At first I was shocked because I thought, "Wouldn't it be Ted's sperm?" because they're so close. But then I realized that she would choose Michael because she gets instant grandmother who will always be around to baby-sit. And then my second thought after that was "Oh my God, you do get instant grandmother. What if she never leaves the house?" Then I thought Michael would be a great father. When he came over for the bris, I remember hugging him and saying, "Hi, Mikey!" There is a strong friendship there that's never been explored. We've never really had an opportunity to explore it. We have fun doing scenes together because it's a new energy.
