Teleplay by : Michael MacLennan Story by : Ron Cowen - Daniel Lipman - Michael MacLennan Directed by : Alex Chapple
After breaking up with Ben, Michael can’t stop thinking about the professor, and a series of dating disasters certainly doesn’t help. Fetch Dixon gets a secret admirer, but Emmett’s dreams of Prince Charming are initially dashed when he meets George Shickel. He quickly learns that appearances can be deceiving. Brian and Justin’s new arrangement seems to be working on the surface, but both guys are a little jealous over the other’s extracurricular activities, especially when Justin breaks the “no kissing” rule.
Peter Paige : Emmett as a porn star was not my favorite thing, because I hated doing it. Like any reasonably attractive young actor, there were opportunities to do porn. I made very conscious decisions not to do that despite the fact that I was starving. So to come into a set with a few video cameras set up around a dirty warehouse and it’s freezing cold and to strip down and pretend to fucking whack off - I was like, “I am a hard-on away from making porn.” That’s a big difference. I looked at Dan and Ron at one point and was like, “How much longer? How much longer?” They were like, “One more. You have one more.” And I was thanking God. I was so happy to see that go, even though it was an interesting story point.
